I logged on today and saw that i had 2 unauthorized transactions. One echeck for 14$$ and a withdrawal from my bank account for 100$$. I did not to them and wish to cancel them now!!!!!! Please can anyone help me.
I can certainly understand the urgency of the situation.
Once you are logged into your PayPal account, click on the Resolution Center. From there, you can report the unauthorized account access, and transactions.
Our system will also take you through changing your password & security questions.
We will work to get the issue resolved for you, and update you via email.
I also had two transactions that were unauthorized. I logged into paypal and made a claim. After a week or two, Paypal denied my claim ! Paypal sent me an email and I am going to write to them. I am not happy with this !!!
Update: Decided to call paypal. Spoke to two representatives. First one transferred me to the fraud unit and he couldn't help me. He left a note to the supervisor to call me.
