Today I sold an In game item to a play for $5 usd.
After I traded him the item I checked my paypal to only see that he did not send the money.
I have contacted him many times and requested the money from him.
I was wondering how can I file a claim or some sort to get my money.

Any large business will not send you an item until you pay for the item..........so why did you give the item first them expect payment? There is no claim you can file as you gave the item away for free.

You shouldn't accept Paypal for virtual items anyway - you have zero seller protection if he files a chargeback.
