Repay a refunded amount

After not receiving an item paid through PayPal, I was issued a refund.  After receiving the refund, the item arrived and now I can't seem to get the item paid for again.  How do I get the seller paid again?

If you want to pay him just go to the top and click "Send Money". I usually do it through goods.  Thats the only way you can really do it
