Protection A Joke

I purchased a copy of Micorsoft Office Pro 2007 on eBay. It was determined by Microsoft to be counterfeit. I submitted a Buyer Protection claim to PayPal and was told "sorry we don't cover items just because the description is different than the product received". Now that is great buyer protection.

Let's see . . . if it's described as red and I get blue it's not covered, square and it is round, not covered, genuine & authentic and a fraud, not covered. Please tell me dear PayPal - what is covered. Your system is a joke.

You missed the important criteria - if it's a virtual item, like software, it's not covered.

Had you ever read the User agreement, you would know that.

Read the User agreement - Paypal follows it exactly.
