I sold an item on Ebay. Delivery Confirmation stated it was delivered. Buyer file item not received dispute. It has been 22 days and they never escalated to a claim. Paypal is holding my money. Everything I read says they automatically close the dispute after 20 days if the claim was not escalated. What do I do now that they aren't closing it? I am guessing the buyer "found" the package and never bothered closing the case. Either way I am out the money right now. Any ideas?
