Paypal left off the first letter of my buyer's email address. I sent them an email about this but got no response. I cannot send my buyer a reminder to pay, because the software will not allow me to correct the email address that Paypal has posted. This auction closed Aug 17 and I want to be paid!
Not everyone has a phone with unlimited minutes. I DO prefer to transact business via email as much as possible. Why would Paypal offer that option if they do not plan to respond?
