Just filed a report that a magazine subscription and a single magazine copy that I purchased has never been received. This purchase was made in November of last year and guess what? That type of transaction is not covered by Paypal. This is not the first time I've run into problems with a purchase made through Paypal ( which is suppose to offer some protection for those purchases). This is, however, the last time I will purchase anything through PayPal. As far as I can tell, the only thing Paypal does is add expense to the transaction but nothing else. Thanks for the buyer protection that I didn't get!
