Paypal Customer Service issue!

So I called customer service to see what they could do about my blance being dipped into twice. I had to give a recent buyer a partial reund and as soon as I offered the refund, the money was taken out of my balace but I recently got an email saying that my bank denied a transaction from paypal for the same exact thing! The person talked to tred to say that I was wrong when clearly if you read through my history, it even shows that the money was already taken out! Nothing was done and to control my ever growing temper, I agreed with the woman and ended the call as soon as possible! I am outraged at this. It's already bad enough that I have to give the money back when I didn't have to but I will have a negative balance on my account and the 21 day limit has been replaced on my account.
