Partial refunds

I attempted to offer partial refunds and the note says only full refundes are permitted for this transaction.  Why?

Sorry to hear you are experiencing problems issuing the partial refund. 

This can occur if the original transaction had a coupon associated with the payment.  I would suggest giving our Customer Service a call.  They would be glad to take a look & assist you!
