I added money unto my account, caused by PayPal putting a hold against it because of a buyer claime. When the buyer got their money back, I had $99 in the account that they got. I put my money in for a that hold. When the hold went through I'm out $99 x 2.
I've been a PayPal customer since the x days and had no problems on eBay for 10 years.
