No help from PayPal or World Net Daily

I opened a dispute with paypal but there  is no information on where to go from there. I have contacted World Net Daily several times with no response. I ordered a book in mid August which I have not received. What to do now. Where do I go from here?

is this the biggest joke ever? Did I just submit all my personal info over the net to a hackers company?I'm so upset I can't even spell right now. I knew this was a bad decision but once again I listened to my husband like the idiot I must be.I do not know what to do. Please help
