Need Help with Virtual Item Dispute

Ok, so i sold two virtual items which are two runescape accounts to a site called gold4rs.com, they paid me overall 50 dollars for both and than make a dispute exactly 1 month later on both accounts but not the cheap 4 dollar account.

 

They said they made the dispute because the account was recovered back but i never did recover the accounts back and i already gave them my true info 2 weeks before they even paid me. If anyone could help me on how i should respond to these disputes that would be helpfull thank you.

The only advice I can offer is to login to the dispute area and in the box asking for tracking information input: INTANGIBLE GOOD

 

Under most circumstances this will auto rule it in your favor.

This is correct. Tell PayPal it was for virtual goods and they'll usually close the dispute.
