My Wife and I were House Hunting so we just stopped selling on EBAY.
We left a little more than $100.00 in our PayPal Account, so we could start up again when we got settled. That was almost two years ago, Email, Telephone, Zip Code all changed. Who can we talk to to re-open our Pay-Pal Account?
