CALLING MY BANK TOMORROW AND TELLING THEM NOT TO HONOR ANY CHARGES FROM EITHER OF THEM........... 

THEY HAVE **bleep**ED ME ONCE TO MANY TIMES......... AND I DIDN'T EVEN GET A KISS!!!

I GUESS, ITS BACK TO THE FLEA MARKETS FOR ME........ SEEMS LIKE ONLINE SALES JUST AREN'T SAFE ANYMORE FOR SELLERS............

My perspective is from a buyers position, my husband;bid and won a dyson vacuum. It was a surprise for me. He emailed the seller where to send a money order. After receiving it the seller said he would ship the dyson by a certain date,after not receiving it, my husband complained eBay which promptly decided it was my husbands fault for not paying for it. Never mind the guy never complained to eBay we hadn't yet paid for his item. EBay wanted us to prove that the money order had been cashed. How do you do that? Also within a few days this seller was banned from eBay! And yet our claim was denied. I bid on something on liquadation.com. I paid thru paypal. I bid on $1200.00plus electronic equipment. I didn't expect to win I placed a bid then went on looking threw the site. I didn't expect to win because there was time left on the bid. Next thing I knew I had won the auction for $220.00 not bad except for the $80.00 shipping this was a box full of blu-ray players with WI-fi access. Good brands, from LG,SAMSUNG etc. My thought is if at least ONE works I'll be happy. Well it is nothing but garbage, nothing that works. liquidation.com has a specific group you can bid for called SALVAGE. Of which you can't complain about for obvious reasons(its garbage) but what I bid on was not salvage. Not to mention it was listed as having a VALUE in excess of $1200.00. Some how that implies to me at least some should work. Needless to say I filed a complaint and was immediately denied. So then I went thru paypal which after giving them all the info and pictures of the garbage. I received 3 different emails saying liq.com wasn't responding (they were giving them 3 chances and by the 3rd chance they still hadn't responded!!! Good news right? Next email from paypal.Case is DENIED and CLOSED. No reason why. I think paypal and eBay are owned by the same co. How can they put out fair decisions!!! No wonder everthing is denied!!! WHAT A SCAM!

Sounds like you got a Royal Sc..ing, and did not even get a kiss or dinner! DEMAND to have an appeal, they do not tell you that you can have this as an option once a decision has been made. There has to be an attorney here or someplace that will look over all of the cases and complaints and take the case...ANY takers out there? 

EVERYONE that is or has had a bad dexperience like this or so many others need to contact the BBB yes it takes some time but they hate having their names drug throught he mud!

Ebay Member since 1998 over 1600 pos.-this is what happens when you graduate more MBA's than engineers...their stupidity is beyond belief,losing long time customers...their arrogance will be justly rewarded,they've opened up the field for more competition,and yes,someone will crush them..this is just the culmination of a long process when those 2 got in bed together...problem is,you win a suit,guess wholl be charged the legal fees...dont think too hard now...
