I purchased an item through Ebay and have not received it yet. When I look at my transaction in Paypal it shows as being shipped with no tracking number or carrier. The seller is no longer a registered user on ebay and when I have sent various emails to the listed email address I get no response. I opened a Resolution Center case and it immediately said that the seller responded with tracking info and carrier but none is listed. Now PP is asking for supporting documentation but first off there is no way to add the documentation and second I don't have any because everything I have sent has been through email. What do I need to do?

Call PayPal's customer service number. Be sure to have the dispute number and your credit card or bank account number for identification purposes.
