I bought a set of golf iron on ebay. Seller stated the golf iron is in Canada, but when I track the item, it was from China, and I believe the golf iron is not authentic. I think it's copy. I have email the seller couple times, but she won't respond to my email, what should I do to get my money back. I have not receive the item yet..Thank ahead for any advice..
Does the ebay listing refer to this as some sort of brand-name club? I want to see if you can make a case that it's counterfeit.
BTW, if the item arrives and the post office holds it at their terminal for a while, let them hold it. You have 2 weeks to pick it up, if you do, and we'll need some time to sort out the best way to handle this.
