We work as Drop Shipper. A seller from USA purchased two Items together and gave UK address of her BUYER. We delivered the Item to her buyer from UK. Now she opened a case and wants refund. We added the Tracking number but still PayPal refunded the complete amount to her.
We have lost **bleep** lotta money. Please advice what best can be done so that we can take proper precautions in future.
