I opened a dispute over not receiving the product and the product has finally gotten shipped to me.
How do I go about letting PayPal know that the dispute has been solved?

I sure wish I knew.
Someone disputed an item I sent and paypal has taken $127+ from my account. Buyer now says it has arrived, but I don't see a refund.

Yup - have the same problem here. Very quick to take & hold you $$ and not very quick to give it back.

Is the claim still open with PayPal? If the claim is still open, than it is possible that the funds are still on hold. You may want to give our Customer Service a call so they can take a look.
