I contacted a company in India ( Beadman Inc. ) to make a bead for me that fits all the european style bracelets . I had already had the bead made from another company and had the bead in my possession. I sent this company my bead and they said they could copy it exactley . They where to make 700 of them out of white copper and then silver plate them. They where also to make another 500 out of sterling silver . They where about 4 weeks late getting me the bead from our agreed upon delivery date. ( RED FLAG ) When i recieved the bead i immediatley sent them an email and told them the bead was horrible copy of what i had sent them . I also complained that it was made out of base metal and not out of the material we had agreed too. The bead is not saleable !! ( it looks like it was made by an 8yr old child ) When i complained to the company ( Beadman ) they said it was done by one of there crafsman and would do nothing about it . I asked where the rest of my shipment was ( The STERLING silver ones ) And they said the shipment would follow in a few days. I went to my PayPal account and opened a dispute. I told Paypal of my problem .I said that i had the origanal bead and the beads the company sent me. I told them i would send them the beads so they could see for themselves. The next day Paypal settled the dispute in the sellers favor !!! WHY ?? I never got the chance to show them the evidence !!! I thought this site was set up to protect us from these types of SCAMS !! I still have not recieved the rest of the shipment !! I have contacted the company several times with no response . Thanks PAYPAL i`m out off $ 900.00
