Didn't receive all of my order- what to do??

We bought a drum set with a bunch of items on an order in December through Midwest Percussion. We got everything but the siderack. It was on backorder at first. Then, they said they shipped it (not true). They have been promising ever since that they will ship it. I need to know if anything can be done, or am I just out all that money? Thank You.

Hello, and I'm sorry to tell you that there's actually a 45 day period after the transaction was made during which you can open a dispute and claim that the order was not completed but since you said you bought it in December, we are over 45 days of that, my advice to you is that you keep pressuring the seller, bombard them with messages until they send what is rightfully yours.
