Unfortunately, I had a "top rated" seller on ebay send me junk and i had to "debate" at length with them. I plan to file a claim against them but today as I looked at my paypal account the following notation shows:

What is up with the cancelled note? It got deilvered...it was garbage...I asked them to provide correct item ... they refused...planning a claim...
Now today this! (and I didn't do it!)
Is this just the seller jerking me around? Or them trying to cover their arse? What does this mean?
There has been no credit back into my account.
If anybody knows what this means: PLEASE reply. 🙂
