I bought last month a radio unit from eBay. The unit arrived but wasn't been programmed for the car even I paid for it.
I contacted the seller and he tried to solve it but he lacks on knowledge. Wasted almost 5 hours of mine time and in the end I paid someone else todo the job for me which was done in 20 min.
I want my €150,- back from the seller which I paid for programming but the seller doesn't respond.
I've opened a dispute on PayPal with proof and pictures but I just get the generic mail from PayPal twice.
We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your claim(s). This decision was made because your billing dispute doesn't match our qualifications for a billing dispute.
What can I do about this? I just want my €150,- back from the €1000,- which I've paid.
