you don't verify my address

Hi,

 

I've sent a utility bill & bank statement (new documents within 3 months) to verify my address but I've received message

 

"You've submitted the wrong document."

 

I don't know why you aren't accepting my valid documents ?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

I've already contacted customer support but they didn't do much except sending a notification to limitation team and nothing happened

I'll try sending a message via FB
