you cant use paypal anymore

i have never received payment before on my account, i logged in today and i got an error saying unable to use paypal. please what did i do wrong and how can i   get my account back

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

The thing about customer service if you call and then you give them your account number they say they can't assist you over the phone to go to the message center and then when you're in the message center and you write a message to them they respond with automated responses so what do I do at this point

Trust me you don't want it any way. They are crooks too. Use Zelle or Venmo....cashapp. hell they might be crooks too.
