Scam. Absolutely appealed that PayPal has taken the side of this website. I ordered a trolley that never turned up. PayPal have closed my case saying the company have proof of delivery. Really am shocked after reading reviews on trustpilot I'm not the only one this has happened too. https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.eileenmc.com

I ordered a bin and instead I got a pack of garbage bags PayPal closed the case saying they had  tracking   number and the item had been delivered which it was not.

Why did you open a dispute for non receipt of item and not item received but not as described?

I too am getting the run around from Paypal.  Closed my claim, saying that the company claimed that product was delivered and provided Paypal with a tracking number.  A number I had never , ever received.  I had ordered a 3 in 1 wagon with Umbrella combo that could carrying 500lbs of cargo.  Never received the item.  I went looking for Eileenmc.com and big surprise the website doesn't exist.  Tried emailing the original company throw the contact info provided, get an email error saying email address doesn't exist or has been disabled by owner.  I wracked and wracked my brain and remembered being sent a random ring in the mail a few months back. for some reason I decided to keep the postage envelope.  Low and behold this envelope had the same tracking info.  This tiny little envelope was supposed to contain my full sized wagon?  I sent all this info to paypal.  The first agent said to me if I felt like this was a big issue this was going to be a good place to die!  then my claim was denied, tried to escalate, they told me to fix this issue with the seller.  I cannot contact the seller!!! Then keep linking to me places that take me nowhere. click this then click that ... but this and that are never provided options.  I just want my money back.  I hate that Paypal does not stand up for its users and patrons.

APPEAL

To submit an appeal on the dispute that was closed, PayPal asks that you obtain a detailed report from the shipper/courier (on their letterhead or some other form of official stationary) that includes the address the seller gave them for the shipment. Or one that includes a statement mentioning your address and saying the item was delivered to a different address.
Check tracking in below link to see where it went.
https://www.17track.net/en

When you have that, contact PayPal via phone (log on to your account and click Contact at the bottom of the page, however that may not be an option at the moment due to covid), or via Facebook (send a Private Message to PayPal) or via Twitter (send a Direct Message to @AskPayPal) and say you want to appeal the denial of the dispute based on the shipper saying the item was delivered to a different address. Once it's submitted (you will be provided with directions on how to do that), the dispute will be reviewed further and a determination will be made.

You also have the option to contact your card issuer if you funded your paypal payment that way and see if they will do a chargeback for you.
