im getting hit with  ACH RETURN PAYPAL INST XFER 181117 for 30.00.  it shows on my bank statement but not on my paypal history. can someone tell me what to do?

did you buy something somewhere? did the place you bought something from had the 

Paypal Logo?

whatever is going on? it's not an issue with your Paypal Balance something got charged on your Bank.
