wrong refund

one **bleep** scammer scammed me for 118dollars and i asked a refund and they gave me back 0.80 cents!! can someone bring me a live chat with an admin i need help and i cant reach in telephone with a real human always automatic messages !! i live in Germany!!! please its important!!

How did you pay? Open a dispute with your financial institution instead if you're losing patience with PayPal.

No one is going to post the type of contact you want on the forums. Any phone numbers or email addresses will be removed.

Only way to contact PayPal is:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

Get yourself directed to disputes through their phone tree. They want to direct their callers to the right department so the right agents can handle your issue.
