I mailed item to address that buyers account on ebay provided, I sent them a copy of receipt. Buyer sent me an email and said they don't know why it said it was in Kentucky/local U.S. because she lives in Australia. What?? I googled address that I sent to and it's a legit address. Unfortunately I canceled order through ebay only and paypal refunded!! Item is still en route and don't know if I'll get item back now! Is this is a scam or what?
It sounds like you shipped via eBay Global Shipping Program which the seller ships to the Kentucky domestic shipping center location of eBay Global Shipping Program for the US to International orders and they in turn ship it on to Australia so the buyer threw you for a loop and you canceled/refunded in error.
