wont let me respond to resolution case

hello,

 

i have a case open . the seller sent me fake crap.

paypal sends email that i must respond by certain date.

log into account...  go to resolution center ... hit respond button...  enter response they ask for.

 

get error message :- 

Please try again.

We're sorry. Something went wrong.

 

return to resolution center.

 

only been happening for 6 days. cant email paypal , cant message them, phone up and get sent around in circles with machine.

 

Paypal = biggest incompetent joke going
