i really want to know wich options paypal give customers to get they money back after waiting 6 months please somebody can help me ?

They stole $1000 and i can't get ANY assistance. Yes I call it stealing when they take a $1000 from my bank and NEVER released it to the recipient. So yes they are STEALERS and THIEFS! More like PayCrap.
