when will paypal decide my claim

 i didnt receive the goods(shoes),provided evidence with tracking.claim is now open,how long until paypal makes a decision and will paypal refund me immediately.

Once escalated to a claim paypal normally give a deadline of 10 days and then review / refund within 48 hours of that deadline.

However there have been a lot of posts over the last few days about delays so you may experience the same.

If you do then you can either wait it out or give c.s. a call for an update.
