Paypal seems to be working with the scammer weihongda Trading Co., Ltd. Be aware that Paypal does not seem to be looking out got for the byer but for the seller.

I purchased a Mini Battery Chainsaw. I was sent two bits of leather with a chain between. Great joke. Paypal seems to be supporting this kind of behavior and has dismissed my complaint.
