I have recently received the below message and in the resolution centre I do not see any case it seems zero cases so, I do not know how to fix or move on. There is no way to move on for resolution. Even My address and country of residency is the same the the linked card. Does anyone faced and solve this issue?

You can't use PayPal anymore At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business.
