want to withdraw dispute but can't mark as resolved

Help says to view dispute and mark as resolved, but there is no such command on the page.

I finally received the item so how do I end this thing?

Did you scroll to the bottom of the page as directed in the steps? Has the case been escalated? That could be why.

 

Here's how to close a case:

  1. Go to the Resolution Center.
  2. Locate your case from the list and click View to open.
  3. Click Mark as resolved at the bottom of the page to close your case.
  4. Click Close Dispute.
  5. Add any additional comments in the comment box, and then click Close Dispute.

Yes that's the first place I looked but there was no command that says Mark as Resolved or Close Dispute.
