I am the victim of a bait-and-switch scam by Shevat Ltd that used an email made up to look like an official PayPal form. I tried to contact PayPal but, of course, as normal, I cannot communicate with PayPal and all their online links lead in a circle. Resolution Center and Help Center just circle around each other and the PayPal Community won"t let me post. What the...? Of course PayPal works for sellers, even if they are larcenous, NOT the purchaser.
Any clue about how to actually proceed with this issue would be appreciated.
