very annoyed with paypal

i have just recieved some money from my friend in america as a tip for the streaming i do on twitch and all of a sudden paypal want receipts for my transactions but i dont have any and thy have limited my account and cant use the money my friend has sent i need  the money 

how can i resolve this thank u matthew timmis

If your friend used the friends/family option then it sounds as if paypal are suspecting that you are receiving friends/family payments for selling goods/services.

You best bet is to contact them directly to try and sort things out.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
