If there are multiple complaints against this company (<Removed>) why would paypal allow them to make transactions with their clients?
I was also scammed by this company, paid for expedited shipping, no phone number listed, no email response, no product received.

PayPal has a responsibility to its customers so they DO need to micromanage. They've got enough complaints regarding the Vango scam yet are still allowing the junk jeweler to continue scamming people.

I'm also facing the same problem. I just realized that I didn't get any notifications or confirmation or shipping information via Email. It's been nearly a month and I haven't got the article I ordered yet.
