usps shipping label fraud

Hi all,
This past Saturday, March 16, i had 12 transaction for "Shipping label created" between 1 and 2am to the same paypal account, they were for small amounts but they added up to a larger sum. I opened a case for unauthorized activity as soon saw the transactions but got a response today that the case was denied. Upon trying to reopen the case all i get is "we're experiencing technical difficulties". From reading around I know this has happened in the past so im not the first but how can I go about getting the case re opened or re submit the fraudulent activity case if they've denied it?

Contact customer service for assistance:
Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep. Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording. Explain what happened to the agent and ask for the fraud dept if need be.
