hi community, I sold an item back in February on depop, it was delivered the day after I shipped and the user confirmed via direct message on depop (i have recorded a screenshot which shows the name of the user too). He now, after 4 months, is trying to scam me by opening a dispute today saying he didn't receive the item, what can I do?
