So I started a dispute with PayPal on august 26, 2020 and canceled the dispute the same day because I worked it out with my vendor. its September 15, 2020 and PayPal is notifying me and my vendor that a partial refund was processed. im still awaiting a response from PayPal but I didn't want the refund anymore. has anyone else had to deal with this? does anyone have any suggestions? I don't want the refund I just want them to send the payment back to my vendor so I can receive my shipment
