I am constantly receiving emails about a new login from an unrecognized device every time I login into PayPal Business. I've not had this issue until three past few months and I've had PayPal Business installed for a while now.

The issue is PayPals 2-Step verification process and updates in Windows.  Paypal has moved to a 2 step account verification process, which was optional up until a few months ago.  With the Windows update, Paypal no longer gives you the choice.  If you choose their "2-step verification" process (in account settings), you will receive a text with a code, you enter the code and sign in, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL VERIFICATION.  However, if you choose not to use this setting, the alternate is to send you an email notifying you of the sign on.
