unfairly limited account

I got an email saying that I'm not 18 years old and because of that my account will be limited! What the hell is this! I'm 20 years old!! My date of birth is <removed>! I got this email after i sent them my ID proof (my PAN card). But it was clearly mention on my ID proof that my DOB is <removed>! So how can they do that. Now i don't know what to do! There's no option to resolve the issue. I was also expecting a payment later this month but i'm stuck now!

Maybe you opened account when you were under 18 and the system went by account opening date, not your DOB for the limitation.

Contact customer service so they can set you up with another account:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording.

But was the account opened when you were under 18???
