dear community
i had fraud attempted on my account banking.. However, contacting paypal about the issue a security tech asked me to contact ebay to explain the charges? Yet it was not found in my reason paypal account but a old one which does'nt have my present bank account? But in short after the funds was refunded it didn't go into the present account but to the unused account which paypal has put on hold freezing my funds until 180 days.. do anyone think that is fair? Also, lying about not signing a so-call user agreement. i need help getting my funds back and do you think this treatment is fair at all? Waiting for responds and info.. everyone needs to be aware of this unfairness which exist
