The case was closed in the seller's favor as the tracking info you provided was invalid.
can i know why ????????
I have previously provided you with the tracking number for the shipment I hope you check again
I did not understand why you closed the case? I have provided you with all the required information and the item has been shipped to the seller and the seller has received the item
I object to this unfair decision. i lost what i paid and lost the product
