unauthorized withdrawal reversal by PayPal

Hello All,

I need your help. My husband's Unionbank account is now on a negative because of 2 reversals. According to the bank rep, it was PayPal who pulled out two transactions. I'm not sure if it was a glitch or they intentionally did it. We are now waiting for PayPal to resolve this issue and I don't see this as an ethical way to handle our accounts. I fear that PayPal is no longer secure to use.

Check if you had a subscription set up...


Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
