I have an unauthorized charge on my Paypal account. I filed a dispute with Paypal and for some reason they have determined that this charge is not unauthorized. Not sure how they can decide that. Has anyone had that issue and if so, how did you get your money back?
Check if you had a subscription set up... Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
However not all unauthorised transactions are covered by paypal, if they think its something that is your responsibility ie virus on your computer OR you answered a spoof email and gave away your info you may not be covered.
