unauthorised paypal transactions

hey, I need urgent help. I arrived home from school a few hours ago and I was just sitting on my computer when I received a message about a transaction that I have no idea about, someone has stolen money from me, a lot of money and I want it back. how do i do that?

Click on the transaction in your paypal account and use the 'report a problem' link at the bottom of that details page to mark it as unauthorised if it was.
Advice is voluntary.

it's been 2/3 days since PayPal sent me a message saying that there was indeed unauthorized access to my PayPal and they also sent me a message saying that my money has been returned to my bank account, yet when I check my account the money is not there...what is going on here?

If it was 'funded' via a debit or credit card then refunds go back to that card BUT paypal say allow up to 30 days.
Other than that you would have to ask them.
