My son is 9 years old and is autistic. He had been playing on YouTube and seems to have been making payments for hundred of dollars that obviously are a mistake. He doesn't know what he is doing. Can I get refunds for payments made and cancel the payments which are pending?

You must contact the recipients to explain those payments and request a refund/void the pending authorizations. I don't believe PayPal will cover you as you are responsible for the security of your PayPal account when it comes to a member of household. PayPal will deny your claims.
