unauthorised activity

Hi I have some unauthorised orders on my account which I did not place. I have tried the resolution centre to notify them of the fraudulent activity but evrery time I do it says I cannot complete for this kind of activity. how do I get paypal to stop any payments going through?

Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like these orders have not completed just yet. If this has been on your PayPal Debit Card, please reach out to our Customer Support to review what options we may have. If it's not related to your PP Debit Card, then we would need to wait until the orders turn into authorizations for us to file a dispute on them. 

In the mean time, please make sure you change / update your password and security questions.
