Hi,
I made the transaction for the visa agency company service and as it's turn out to be the fraud company
( the transaction detail is all about applying a visa appointment but the appointment date confirmation seems does not exist
as the company promised, we did negotiate through the e-mail but the company used a failure online appointment system as their excuse,
so I double checked with the official France visa appointment website it seems normal for me, so I am sure this agency is a fraud )
so I would like to ask for the refund is the
" unauthorised PayPal account activity " is the option I should pick for report the issue? and how is the possibility to received the refund?
please, I really need help as I prepaid for the trip unrefundable

An unauthorised transaction is telling paypal that your paypal account was hacked and used without your consent by another party.
So paypal will check IP addresses and devices and see you made the transaction and you would lose that dispute.
So why choose that option? The nearest option for you to choose is non receipt of a 'services' under the goods / services option.
But you know all the facts not me so its up to you which you think is the best option but remember you are only allowed x1 dispute per transaction.
Advice is voluntary.
